Matrix Business Solutions is looking for hiring a full time talented “Sales Account Manager”. The “Sales Account Manager” role is responsible for generating New Business opportunities, managing the sales cycles, managing the on-going relationship with the Prospective and existing customers and ensure long-term customers satisfaction and will have to meet the quarterly and annual sales / revenue quota set by the company.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for building and keeping a healthy customer relationship, managing the customer’s product, license and service issues, and closing sales efficiently. This role focuses on creating leads pool, driving new business from new leads, prospective customers and existing customers with emphasis on the long-term growth and success of the customer’s business. The Sales Account Manager manages the long-term relationship with the customer by providing information on new modules, enhancements, upgrades and services on a continual basis that can be provided to improve the business success of the customer by supporting the customer-for-life concept.
